Our asphalt maintenance and paving company operates out of Orem, Utah and is locally owned. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
PATCHING & POTHOLES
Don't wait to repair the damage to your asphalt, especially when it comes to larger areas of deterioration and potholes. We perform Remove and Replace (R&R) Patching, as well as Skin Patching.
CRACK SEAL
Sealing cracks can extend the life of your asphalt by preventing water damage and erosion. This can also be applied before a Seal Coat or Slurry Seal treatment to prevent reflective cracking.
SEAL COAT
Seal Coat is a form of pavement sealing where a smooth, protective coating is applied to asphalt-based pavement to prevent damage from the elements and to seal smaller cracks to prevent them from growing.
SLURRY SEAL
Slurry Seal is a resurfacing treatment that provides an additional wear surface to the existing asphalt. Slurry is generally applied to roadways and areas with higher traffic or higher speeds.
ASPHALT OVERLAY
An asphalt overlay is a paving method that applies a new asphalt layer over the existing asphalt surface. This treatment can extend the life of asphalt whose surface may be damaged but the asphalt is still structurally sound.
ASPHALT PAVING
We offer paving solutions for residential and commercial properties. Our services include placing brand new asphalt, as well as the removal and replacement of existing asphalt surfaces.
